Description:

Caribou skin fringe made by cutting single piece of material into 36 strands, leaving a 2.5 band at top, painted with red, blue and brown lines. Two strands on each end and tips of all other strands painted red. Narrow skin thong (approximately 15 long) was sewn with gut to the back at the upper corners.
