Description:

Mould cut from soapstone, rectangular in shape with bevelled edges. Cut length-wise into two identical halves which are joined by two wooden pegs (approximately .75 inches in length) thrust through holes approximately 0.5 inches from ends. Interior of each half has two circular depressions (approximately 0.63 inches and 0.5 inches in depth). All depressions have channels to edge which form two small cave-like openings when mould is closed. The words ‘bullet mould’ have been marked on the surfaces of the mould.
